The buyer assumes full responsibility for ensuring compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws regarding the purchase, possession, storage, and use of research chemicals.

All orders are subject to age verification. We reserve the right to request proof of age and to cancel any order where satisfactory verification cannot be provided.

The buyer acknowledges that research chemicals carry inherent risks, including but not limited to toxicity, instability, and unknown long-term effects. You accept full liability for any and all consequences arising from the possession, handling, storage, transportation, or use of these products.

ForgedFit Labs, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including personal injury, property damage, legal penalties, or financial loss, arising from the use or misuse of any product purchased from this website.

This liability limitation applies regardless of whether the claim is based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory, and even if ForgedFit Labs has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

All products must be handled in accordance with standard laboratory safety practices. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves, eye protection, and lab coats.

Products must be stored in a secure, climate-controlled environment away from direct sunlight, moisture, and heat sources. Specific storage conditions, where applicable, are detailed on individual product labels and certificates of analysis.

In the event of accidental exposure, spillage, or ingestion, seek immediate medical attention and provide the attending physician with the product label, CAS number, and certificate of analysis.

Never mix research chemicals with food, beverages, or personal care products. Keep all materials in clearly labelled, tamper-evident containers at all times.

It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to determine the legal status of any product in their jurisdiction prior to purchase. ForgedFit Labs does not provide legal advice and cannot be held responsible for customs seizures, import restrictions, or legal penalties incurred by the buyer.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or entity, and to restrict shipping to any jurisdiction where local laws prohibit the sale or import of research chemicals.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ForgedFit Labs is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Shipping times vary by destination and courier. All shipments are dispatched in discreet, unmarked packaging with no external indication of contents.

Due to the nature of our products, returns are not accepted unless the product arrives damaged, incorrect, or materially different from the description. All return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by photographic evidence.

We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to orders suspected of being placed for non-research purposes, orders with failed verification, or orders shipping to restricted jurisdictions.

Refunds, where approved, will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

You agree not to use any ForgedFit Labs product for: human or animal consumption; self-administration; compounding into finished pharmaceutical products; resale to end consumers without appropriate licences; or any purpose that violates applicable law.

We reserve the right to terminate your account, cancel pending orders, and report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities without prior notice if we reasonably believe you are using our products for prohibited purposes.

By purchasing from ForgedFit Labs, you consent to our right to share your information with law enforcement or regulatory bodies if required by law or if we have a good-faith belief that such disclosure is necessary to prevent harm or illegal activity.
